Conferences

Airport Transfers
	By working off your arrival and departure lists, we can create a transport schedule which will ensure maximum use of each coach, whilst keeping transfer costs to a minimum.

Co-ordinators
	For large conferences, we can (by request) supply an on site co-ordinator at the airport or other departure points during the conference to ensure that all your transport requirements run as smoothly as possible.

Flexibility
	We are aware that last minute changes can occur during large events. We endeavour to be as flexible as possible when these situations arise. For this purpose, we are contactable 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

Portfolio
	Over the years Emerald Executive Coach Hire has been responsible for the transport for some of the largest events to have taken place in this country. These include: Special Olympics 2003 We provided over 70 coaches for the duration of the Games to transport Athletes to and from their various sporting venues. Epilepsy Congress 1997 The largest conference to take place in this country, with 5000 delegates, Emerald Executive Travel was responsible for getting delegates to and from the conference on a daily basis.
